Unfortunately we do not accept any returns on orders at the moment so please make sure you double check your order before checkout!
If your order has arrived damaged please email us at hibaa.gifts@gmail.com you can also send us a photo to our instagram hibaa gifts. There is a 3 day window for broken or defective items anything after that we can not accept thank you!
cancelling an order
Orders can be requested to be cancelled prior to being shipped out. Please note this request is not always possible if the order has already been shipped or the request is received after the shipment of the package. The refund will be processed excluding a processing fee.
